The Salinas 5K Freedom Run event scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday March 28th is being canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. The event was to take place at Natividad Creek Park. 

National and local health authorities have determined that social distancing reduces the risk of spreading or contracting this virus.

Race postponed with a tentative date of 09/12/2020.

Description

Welcome to the first annual Salinas 5K Freedom Run! The goal of the Salinas Police Foundation is to advance policing through local community involvement. Participants will meet at the Natividad Creek Park. Registration starts at 8AM. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Donations are welcome.
