3-time Olympian Shannon Rowbury co-founded Imagining More Foundation (IMF) in 2012 as a way to give back to the sport that gave so much to her. IMF's mission is to support youth athletes through their athletic, educational, and professional journeys. Through our Youth Empowerment Through Sport Running Camps, we empower athletes to achieve their dreams, regardless of their background and socioeconomic status.
During our camps, participants receive the following items that are curated and demonstrated by Shannon Rowbury:
- Pre & Post Workout Athlete Training Kit: Resistance band, Tennis ball, Massage stick
- Laminated copy of Shannon's Pre & Post Workout Exercise Routine from her Professional Running Career
- Camp T-shirt

Imagining More Foundation has been set up as the Charity Beneficiary for this event. 100% of your donations will support IMF's "Youth Empowerment Through Sport" Running Camps benefitting underserved greater Bay Area children and their coaches.
