Canine Companions for Independence: A non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships. Dogs are provided free of charge to those in need. The Regis DPT program has participated in the training of 8 of these puppies. Currently, we have one dog in training named Clover!

Foundation for Physical Therapy: This group provides funding for new evidence in stroke recovery, injuries, cerebral palsy mobility in children, and pain management for patients with low back pain. The mission of the Foundation for Physical Therapy is to fund important physical therapy research that determines the scientific basis and values of services intended to optimize patient care in physical therapy.
