Description
Summit County Preschool is hosting a virtual quarantine run/walk this year to replace our annual Ski-A-Thon event! Anyone is welcome to participate (kids, parents, friends, grandparents, people that live close, people that live far away, etc.)! The race will be from August 1 - August 16. You have the option to choose from the following distances: 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 10.2 miles, 13.1 miles, 26.2 miles, 50 miles. You will have until the 16th to complete the distance you choose. Every day you can log in and post your results, or you can do it on the last day of the event. At the end of the event you will receive an event t-shirt for participating! The distances you run are based on the honor system. I'm not going to track you down to see if you actually completed the distance or not. If you are looking for an app that tracks your distances; however, Strava is a great app for this!

Logging Results
To log your race activities and results, you will log in to your account on www.runsignup.com. From here, in the top right, you are going to click the circular, gray image of a person. A drop down menu should appear. You will click on "Profile" from that menu. Your profile should appear, and if you scroll down, you should see the Summit County Preschool race that you have registered for. On the right side of this race there will be a menu in blue wording. The top option in that menu says, "Submit Virtual Results". You will click that button. From there, you can submit a virtual activity. You will put the date and distance for the activity, and then scroll down and click "Submit Activity". You can then submit more virtual activities, or you can do those on a future date. You have until August 21 to submit all of your results.
