At just 13 years old, Noah is known for his love of football, sports, family, and making everyone around him smile. In April 2026, he was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma and is now facing a 32-week treatment journey that includes chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation.

To support Noah and his family during this difficult time, a team of family members will be running the Wild West Relay - a 200 mile race across Colorado- in his honor and raising funds to help cover travel, lodging, meals, medications, and other out-of-pocket expenses for the family related to his treatment. The relay is owned and directed by Noah's family member, Mandy Mullen, who is sponsoring the team to run with no registration fee.

Every mile run and every dollar donated helps ease the financial burden on Noah's family so they can focus on what matters most—his recovery. Your donation is made the 501(c)3 Nonprofit Windsor Gives, with 100% going directly back to the family to assist with costs directly involved with Noah's treatments.
