Where the Pavement Ends Single & Double Loop

Ridgefield Conservation Commission
The Ridgefield Conservation Commission was established in 1962 by the Town Ordinance after enabling legislation was adopted by the Connecticut General Assembly in 1961.

The duties of the Commission include the following:

Looking after the Town's open space including trail maintenance, posting, and protection.
Acting in an advisory capacity to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Board on the impact of development on the environment.
Adding lands to the Town's inventory of open space by acquisition and by encouraging donations.
Enforcing the Town's Open Space Use Ordinance.

Where the Pavement Ends supports the Ridgefield Conservation Commission.

A portion of every registration will be donated to the RCC, and while the RCC does not have an electronic donation method (yet; they're working on it), donations are always welcome by mailing a check to: RCC, Ridgefield Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877
