About us
The Stratford YMCA is a branch of the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA committed to serving our community throughout programs and services for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Closing the ever-growing educational achievement gap, building youth of strong character based on core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, teaching kids how to be safe in and around the water and assisting adults and seniors remain socially and emotionally well and connected as well as physically healthy, are just a few of our programs focus. The Y prides itself in being an inclusive organization committed to serving ALL, regardless of age, race, socioeconomic status or ability to pay. All donations received will be awarded to scholarships for programs participants of all ages. A person ability to pay should never be a barrier for an opportunity!
