Liberty and Justice for All - July 4th Virtual 5k

Over the past 20+ years we have witnessed the ever increasing cost of the simple 5k race.  With most races now costing over $30 and some charging upwards of $200.  Many such races provide amenities and spectacles that are worth every penny, but we want to provide an alternative. Race donations are used to keep our races affordable.  Deliz Running was founded with the express purpose of returning 5k racing to its affordable roots.  We strongly believe a 5k race should be accessible to all and should serve as an introduction to competitive running and a training ground for those who want to make running part of their lifestyle.  With every race we strive to provide a quality course,  with performance awards, at the most affordable price we can manage.  Any donation made is greatly appreciated, but is not a requirement to participation.
