Freedom 5K Run/Walk September 12th, 2020 Canceled
Freedom 5K Inc., considers the health and well-being of our participants, sponsors, and volunteers our highest priority.
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, and after discussions with community leaders along with our sponsors we are have decided to cancel this year’s event.
While we are disappointed we feel that the health and safety of our participants, sponsors and volunteers is more paramount.
We thank all of the participants who have registered to date. Your support means so much! All participants who registered will receive a full-refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds.

Description
The Second Annual Freedom 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at ONE DAYTONA in Daytona Beach, FL. Run or walk this unique 5K course around ONE DAYTONA and Daytona International Speedway pathways. **Please note this race route does NOT take you inside the speedway or on the track.
Registration will start at 6:30 am followed by a 7:30 am race start. Come join the fun by running or walking for a great cause and show your patriotic pride! DJ, silent auction, games, prizes and sponsor expo after the race.
Online registration will close at 12:00 pm on Friday, September 11th, however there will be day of registrations at the race site with a cut-off at 7:00am. Cost of race increases to $30.00 day of race.
We are offering an Early Bird registration discount to the first 100 runners/walkers to register. When prompted enter coupon code EarlyBird20.*
Registration discounts are also offered to all Military Personnel, Veterans and First Responders. When prompted enter coupon code Freedom20.*
*Only one discount per person is allowed.
Proceeds:
All proceeds from this event will benefit the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum's Trident House Charities.
Amenities:
- All runners/walkers who register by September 1, 2020 will be guaranteed a race t-shirt and swag bag.
- Custom Finisher Medals will be given to all registered runners and walkers
- Chip Scored and timed
