Pasco County 3 Wellness Trails

We are, an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and are a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that provides free support, advocacy, outreach, and education to those with mental health conditions and their loved ones.

In addition to offering numerous weekly support groups we also offer educational classes, one on one coaching, and whole person wellness programs... just to name a few things. 

All of our services are free and available to anyone over 18 (in some cases younger with parental consent). 

Some awesome things about us:

• We have had zero suicides in the past 5 years
   
• No one who consistently (at least three times a month) has been Baker Acted
   
• We were recognized as 2023 Affiliate Of The Year
