Hometown Heroes 5k 2025

Here at Florida Care Team, Inc our goal is to promote mental health and suicide prevention awareness for first responders and veterans. Our mission is to assist those first responders and veterans, in Highlands County, in paying for mental heath care when they can't afford it; whether that be a copay, or when they don't have an in-network provider nearby. We like to call it "bridging the gap!"
