The Foundation for Leon County Schools connects community support directly to students and classrooms across Leon County Public Schools. Since 1986, the Foundation has helped provide programs, resources, and opportunities that are not funded through tax dollars, helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Contributions from the Bank of America Tallahassee Marathon and Half Marathon will specifically support track and cross country athletes at Leon County Title I middle and high schools, helping cover participation costs such as transportation, uniforms, shoes, race entry fees, and required physicals for families who otherwise could not afford athletic competition. Your donation helps ensure every student has the opportunity to experience the confidence, discipline, teamwork, and life-changing impact of running.
