Race for P.A.C.E.S. (Prostate Awareness Community Engagement & Screenings) is more than a run—it is a movement advancing prostate cancer education, early detection, and men’s health through community action.

In 2026, our inaugural Race for P.A.C.E.S. and Blue Ribbon Gala brought together community members, healthcare professionals, sponsors, advocates, and prostate cancer Thrivers around a shared purpose: turning awareness into action. The race connected physical activity with health education and screening opportunities, while the gala celebrated stories of resilience, service, and hope. Together, these events helped build a foundation for lasting community engagement.

In 2027, we aim to turn that momentum into greater access and sustained support.

Powered by A²CES—A to A Community Events and Screenings, Inc.—our mission is to bring health services directly to people who face barriers to care. Our 2027 goals include expanding outreach across metropolitan Atlanta and rural Georgia, reaching more underserved, uninsured, and unhoused individuals, and strengthening connections between community screenings and ongoing medical care.

We want every person we reach to leave with greater knowledge, a clearer understanding of their health, and a path to appropriate follow-up. We will also continue uplifting prostate cancer Thrivers, whose experiences encourage conversations, reduce stigma, and remind families why this work matters.

Your registration, sponsorship, or donation will help us pursue these 2027 goals:

• Expand free prostate health screening opportunities, paired with education to help men make informed screening decisions.

• Bring more health fairs and wellness services to underserved communities, including rural Georgia.

• Strengthen follow-up and care navigation, helping participants with abnormal screening results connect with appropriate medical care.

• Grow education and awareness efforts through community conversations, media outreach, and Thrivers’ stories.

• Build stronger partnerships with healthcare providers, churches, employers, and community organizations.

• Measure our impact through screening participation, education, referrals, and documented connections to follow-up care.

Our experience in 2026 reinforced the power of meeting people where they are. In 2027, we are asking you to help us reach farther, deepen our support, and keep communities connected to care beyond a single event.
