Founded by Fabiana Zaya Moraes—Brazilian Olympic athlete, Navy Sergeant, and Founder & CEO of BrazilNation Academy Corporation and Make Changes Happen Management LLC—WRun reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering women through sport and leadership.

From elite competition to military service and global sports leadership, Fabiana Zaya’s journey has been defined by resilience, performance, and vision. Her mission goes beyond medals and titles: it is about using sport as a platform for education, leadership, equality, and social impact.

Through BrazilNation Academy Corporation and Make Changes Happen Management LLC, Fabiana leads the WRun | She Rises global initiative to invest in women’s track and field—creating sustainable pathways for girls and young women to access high-performance training, education, and international opportunities.
