From elite competition to military service and global sports leadership, Fabiana Zaya’s journey has been defined by resilience, performance, and vision. Her mission goes beyond medals and titles: it is about using sport as a platform for education, leadership, equality, and social impact.
Through BrazilNation Academy Corporation and Make Changes Happen Management LLC, Fabiana leads the WRun | She Rises global initiative to invest in women’s track and field—creating sustainable pathways for girls and young women to access high-performance training, education, and international opportunities.
