Brainfreeze Polar Plunge

Donation Goal: $10,000

On Saturday, February 26, 2022,  People around Hall County and beyond will choose to jump in icy lake water as an act of solidarity. When someone has a mental illness, it does not just impact that person. Their relationships with members of their family, like their spouse, parent, child, or sibling, can also suffer – especially when they are not receiving the help and treatment they need.

The "plunge" we're asking you to make doesn't involve freezing cold water -- but it will make a big splash in the lives of all of us affected by Mental Health Illnesses. Simply click the "Donate" button above to make a secure online donation today.
