All proceeds from this race go to our 'SHOES for KIDS' charity, where coaches from north Georgia high schools and middle schools identify runners who have plenty of talent but very little $$. Coaches are allowed to select a boy and a girl who is most needy and hard working. It is both merit-based and need-based, so we like that!! Please consider supporting this program which helps our youth become better runners with better shoes.
