The Latin American Association (LAA) works to lower the barriers to economic mobility and prosperity that our community may encounter as they adapt and integrate in life in the United States. Through service centers in Atlanta, Gwinnett County, and northwest Georgia, the LAA helps bring the American dream to life by offering resources, support, and a sense of community that all families in Georgia need to thrive.

From stabilizing families during challenging times to adjusting immigration status, from offering adult English classes to connecting job seekers with employers, from empowering youth toward success to elevating entrepreneurs, the LAA’s trusted bilingual staff works diligently to expand fair access to opportunity for our immigrant community.

Founded in 1972, the work of the LAA improves the lives of 40,000 individuals every year. No other organization in Georgia serving our community has the geographic reach, breadth of services, expertise and longevity of the LAA.
