Established in 1999 to serve the Enotah Judicial Circuit in Lumpkin, Towns, White, and Union Counties, Enotah CASA is a volunteer-powered network of people committed to fighting for the safety and needs of abused and neglected children. Together, we act as their voice to ensure that they will have a nurturing, permanent home in which to thrive.
