Piedmont Mountainside's Thrive 5K for Breast Cancer

Donation Goal: $5,000

At Piedmont Mountainside, our purpose and promise is to make a positive difference in every life we touch. Last year’s Thrive 5k enabled Piedmont Mountainside to provide preoperative teaching to breast cancer patients to prepare them for surgery and treatment. Additionally, we were also able to provide post-surgery therapy to reduce the residual effects of treatment.

This year, proceeds from the Mountainside Thrive 5k will continue to support Piedmont Mountainside’s priority breast cancer initiatives and services, including pre- and post-treatment patient education, lymphedema prevention, and programming for high-risk breast cancer patients.
