For the Berrien County Humane Society 5k Rescue Run and 1 mile Mutt Strut
Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.

T-Shirt will be provided to all runners registered by 04/04/15. Those registering after 04/04/15 will receive shirts on a first-come first-served basis. Available sizes are:
YOUTH: S M L
ADULT: S M L XL XXL
Entry Fees:
Early Bird Registration 3/4-4/4
5k: $12 for students (18 years old and younger)
$15 for all other participants
1 mile: $10 for each participant
Regular Registration and Day of Registration 4/5-4/18
5k: $15 for students (18 years old and younger)
$20 for all other participants
1 mile: $12 for each participant.
**If you intend to run both the 5k and 1 mile, please fill out a registration form for each event.
Trophies will be awarded to the first overall male and female in the 5k. The top male/female in each age group will also receive an award in the 5k.
5k Age Groups:
12 & under 13-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60-69 70 & over
Awards will be given to top three male & female in each age groups.
1 mile age groups:  10 & under, 11 & over

1 Mile Mutt Strut Event info:
One dog per person participating in the 1 mile mutt strut. All dogs must wear ID tags, be on a leash (no flex leashes permitted), socialize well with other dogs, be current on rabies vaccinations, be at least six months of age, and not be in heat. Please be kind to your four-legged companion and maintain a leisurely pace. No dogs are allowed in the 5K. Please bring a buddy to hold your dog while you run. You are responsible for any messes made by your dog.
