The Grateful Heart Gratitude Challenge and 5K is hosted by Better Together Health and Wellness located in Americus, Georgia. Better Together Health and Wellness is a ministry that serves women through health, wellness and life coaching not only in the Americus area, but throughout the region, the state and beyond.

It is our mission to help women connect with their overall wellness through Biblical principles. Together we identify the steps to get you from where you are, to where God is leading you on your journey!

Whether guidance is needed with food choices, reducing stress and anxiety, better sleep, weight loss and weight management, increasing exercise and movement, we are here to come alongside you in your journey, keeping Jesus at the center! We have 1-on-1 coaching sessions available. We also have a walking group (Women of Worth) who connect and grow stronger spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally, together in community. This holistic approach to wellness leads to a more joy-filled life, lived with purpose, as Christ leads.
