The Aurora Puerto Rican Cultural Council is a nonprofit organization that encourages and promotes the Puerto Rican heritage through cultural, ethnic and civic activities. These activities are designed to educate and improve our community; promote the social welfare of the Puerto Rican Culture; provide guidance as well as promote the health, social, educational, vocational, character and cultural development of the community.
