All proceeds from the CUSR Cupcake 5K support the CUSR Scholarship Fund, which helps ensure that individuals with disabilities in our community have access to recreation opportunities — regardless of their financial situation.

This fund provides financial assistance to Champaign-Urbana Special Recreation Participants and Families who might not otherwise be able to participate in programs such as adaptive sports, social clubs, summer camps, and community outings. By contributing, you’re helping create inclusive spaces where everyone can play, grow, and connect through recreation.
