Program Assist, an initiative of the Stephenson Nursing Center Foundation, has committed up to $20,000 in matching funds to Safe Families for Children of Rockford. For every $1 donated to the Stephenson Nursing Center Foundation, the Foundation will donate $2 to Safe Families for Children Greater Rockford Chapter. The Stephenson Nursing Center Foundation (EIN# 56-2350861), is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax deductible.
