The Jacobs Farm Charity Fun Run desires to raise financial support for Hilltop Elementary, a local Streamwood and Elgin U-46 school. Money raised will help Hilltop with a variety of educational needs. Our goal is to raise $4000 through individual donations and business sponsorships.
