Each year, the Vincent M. Russo Memorial Fund will give a monetary donation to one outstanding graduate or current student enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program at Richard J. Daley College who will be pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. The outstanding student must be a top student in their class as well as embody the qualities that Vince lived by: professional, punctual, dedicated, selfless, and a leader.
The monetary donation can be used to assist students financially as they continue their education in Criminal Justice and/or offset some of the costs of law enforcement (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
