A dog friendly 5K Riverwalk/Run in Columbus, Indiana that will benefit the Nellie Effect. The Nellie Effect is part of Clancy’s Dream Border Collie Rescue. Clancy's Dream offers financial assistance to Border Collie owners who have dogs with cancer. If you have a Border Collie that is currently battling cancer and you live in Indiana, you can apply for a grant of up to $1000 to help cover costs of diagnostics, treatment, and/or end of life care. Also, if you have a Border Collie that is a registered Pet Therapy animal with Pet Partners and you live and/or volunteer in Indiana, we will reimburse the registration costs.
