2022 marks 30 years of Tenants to Homeowners providing affordable housing solutions right here in Douglas County.
This year TTH will place its 100th home into the Community Land Trust. Securing a future of affordability for our community is no easy task. Our work and the Douglas County community will directly benefit from your continued support! With each donation, TTH gets closer to the following goals:
1.) An efficient, accessible home design that we can build and sell for under 100k
2.) Inclusion of solar energy on each new construction affordable home
3.) Increasing services to young adults aging out of foster care, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals transitioning out of houselessness.
4.) Expansion of the Helping Hammer Senior Home Repair program.
