Every dollar raised will support a local organization to help families impacted by childhood illnesses.  

There will be a 1-mile, 5K, 10K, or race around the lake (6.8 miles) option.
You can walk, run, or jog your selected distance.

If you do the virtual option, You can walk, run, jog, bike, or swim the following options ANYWHERE - inside, outside, at the gym, or even on a treadmill!
