DV8 Kitchen was opened in August 2017 with the hopes of providing jobs to people in the early stages of addiction recovery. We dreamed that we could offer great food, service and atmosphere to our guests — better than our competitors. The hope was that better quality would build pride and satisfaction in our staff, show our customers that men and women with a past are more than worthy to employ and build DV8 Kitchen into a sustainable business. Thanks to the wonderful people of the Bluegrass, we believe DV8 Kitchen is meeting our hopes, dreams and goals.
