All proceeds will go to Gleanings Housing. Gleanings Housing is raising $60,000 for the purchase of our newest property. We will build townhouses or fourplex on our newest property. We are excited to partner with our neighbors to provide more housing to the most vulnerable in our community. Without your generous donations, we could not provide stable housing for our tenants. We build all of our properties debt free, in order to keep the rent at 30% of each household's income.
Gleanings Housing vision is to develop duplexes, triplexes, cottage court complexes, and single-family homes in neighborhoods in Lexington to help support our neighbors who are low income.
