We at Love Alive Church: Love Beyond Borders Ministry are committed to serving both our local Baton Rouge community and we serve our international community through a program called One Child. Our goal this spring is to host a 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K Run in order to raise $5,000 to fund our upcoming Missions Trip to Honduras. From July 3 - 9, 2023, we will be sending 10 volunteers to help serve the community by bringing much-needed toiletries and essential supplies.
Our aim is not only to provide basic necessities, but to help restore the community's AC units and roofing, ensuring that they have a safe place to serve and worship. To achieve this, we must successfully host the fundraiser, which we estimate will cost $3,000. With your generous contribution, we will be able to effectively put on the fundraiser and raise funds successfully with the help of the community.
