HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR VIRTUAL RUN

Register for the St. Luke's Fins Up 5K and complete a 5K anytime anywhere. Encourage your friends, neighbors, grandparents, and everyone you know to sign up with you!

Simply run or walk 3.1 miles any time and any place that works for you. Do it all at once or 1 mile at a time in your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill!

We will ship your official Fins Up 5K shirt and finisher medal in early November.
