All proceeds from the Run the Roux 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run go directly toward the costs of producing the annual Cajun Festival hosted by St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vinton, Louisiana. The Cajun Festival is one of the church’s primary fundraising events each year, helping support essential expenses such as insurance, facility upkeep, ministries, and other parish needs and endeavors.
