ZFDM Music Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.  Our mission is to make music accessible to all youth in our community by offering scholarships for private/group lessons and music camps, supporting in-school music programs and providing instruments.  Additionally, the Foundation is committed to exposing youth to live music performances they might not otherwise be able to access.  Given the socioeconomic diversity of the greater Amesbury area, our goal is to support families that need help funding extracurricular music activities for their children.  We have seen an increased need for financial help over the years with requests from schools, social workers and service organizations working with local youth and families. We know firsthand that music can positively transform lives by giving kids an outlet for self-expression and providing opportunities for mentorship and connection with a trusted teacher.
