Berna's Great Legs 5K for Women

All proceeds from Berna's Great Legs 5K are donated to House of Hope in Lowell, MA.

House of Hope (HOH) has a long-term commitment to grow their solutions-based programs and permanent housing services in order to make a real impact in ending homelessness in Massachusetts. HOH is committed to transitioning homeless families into a stable community life by providing tandem services that (1) respect and nurture families so that they can heal from the trauma of homelessness; and (2) support parents by guiding them through opportunities to build economic sufficiency and embrace a stable home life.  Today they are recognized as a leader in the state for their shelter programming, client productivity while in shelter, rate of permanent placement, and their permanent housing partnerships.

$5        Infant bib and bottle
$10      Pack of diapers, crib sheet, or a blanket
$25      2 birthday gifts for children in the shelter
$50      A tank of gas so a shelter mom can commute to work
$100    One complete "Welcome Baby" Basket for a newborn in shelter
