2024 Race Sponsorship

The Apple Harvest Run is one of the best autumn races in the region; situated in the pastoral town of West Newbury, MA, just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Newburyport. The race includes a USATF certified 5-mile & 5K and a children’s 1-mile fun run and has become a family fun event for runners and non-runners alike. This year marks the 35th annual Apple Harvest Run in West Newbury, Massachusetts, and 100% of all proceeds benefit the Dr. John C. Page Elementary School.  This fundraising event supports the Dr. John C. Page Elementary School in our continuous efforts to increase educational resources and enrichment opportunities for our students. We need your support and monetary donations to make our goals possible! Please consider one of the sponsorship levels below or select a custom amount. 

□ The Orchard - $5,000 or more- *logo on race bibs, display table day of event, company logo on all marketing materials, recognition in all social media postings and school newsletter, logo prominently displayed on T-shirts, and logo displayed at Beer Garden*first three Orchard sponsors will be displayed on the race bibs! COMMIT ASAP!

□ Golden Apple - $2,500- logo displayed on start and finish line signage, event banner, t-shirts, display table day of event, recognition in all social media postings 

□ Fun & Games Sponsor - $1,500- logo displayed on one of our fair fun & games attractions, recognition in all social media postings, logo displayed on T-shirts and event banner

□ Race Day Sponsorship - $500- logo displayed on mile marker/ water station signs and social media recognition

□ Non-Cash Donations- items and donors will be recognized on social media
