For over 25 years, HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) has been working to make Maryland healthier. Our dedicated team connects residents to insurance and care, educates the community about healthier living, and advocates for a more equitable health care system. Each year we serve more than 80,000 Maryland residents, including through programs serving children and youth in foster care, pregnant and post-partum women, returning citizens, and individuals living with mental health and substance use conditions. Based in downtown Baltimore, we provide services in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, and Carroll counties.
