Donations made to the Rene G. Haley Initiative will support and encourage young people aged 5 to 25 in remembrance of Rene G. Haley.
Rene was an avid sportsman, participating in swimming, snowboarding, basketball, skateboarding, and flag football events. Was he a runner? Absolutely not, but he would occasionally run a 5K to keep in shape for all the other sporting activities he enjoyed, and he supported his mom who is a runner at many of the races she participated in, from a 5K to a marathon.
