PRKN Splash & Dash is a collaborative effort between the Potomac Riverkeeper Network (PRKN), sponsors and partners. Our collective goal is to increase public appreciation of the rivers by promoting enjoyable river experiences. PRKN envisions a future where the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers, along with their tributaries, are restored to a healthy and safe state for all the plants, wildlife, and people that depend on them.
