Mend Health and Wellness organizes this run every year. All proceeds are donated back to local nonprofits. Mend Health and Wellness of Maine is a sports chiropractic, family-run, family-friendly rehab clinic. Led by the husband and wife team of Drs. Tracey and Victor St. John, they are dedicated to non-surgical management of Sports and Musculoskeletal injuries. We are always accepting sponsors to help boost our fundraising efforts. Autumn & Ales raises money for 3 very special non profit organizations: Holy Cross School, Travis Mills Foundation & Project G.R.A.C.E.
