Join us at the first annual 5K Trail Run and Walk to celebrate the life of Lucas Elliot Van Sprange.
The non-profit organization Live Like Lucas was founded in August of 2015 in order to accomplish the goal of empowering youth to spread kindness
The most important legacy of Lucas is his loving, compassionate heart. He was always trying to keep the peace. He never judged anyone. He treated everyone with kindness. We hope that everyone who knew him will take a piece of that with them and carry it in their hearts. Life is too, too short.
The course travels through Sietsma's Orchard and part of Seidman Park. This is a trail run so footing can be difficult at times with tree roots and rocks covering the trail. Many hills are sprinkled in the middle segments so be cautious as you run.
Just added Kid's Run!! This run is tailored for kids ages 4-11. The course will stay in the orchard area and not be over a half mile long.
Register before June 20 to get your guaranteed shirt and size!
Schedule of events:
- KId's Run -- 8AM
- 5K Run--immediately after the Kid's Run
- 5K walk-- immediately after the 5K start

- Race Morning Only - June 25 from 6:30 to 8AM -- Sietsma's Orchard
Parking
Parking will be at Goodewillie School adjacent to Sietsma's Orchard. Look for signs and parking volunteers.
