Hug, Love & Care 5K

The Continuum Help Foundation is committed to providing soft skills training, socialization, and employment training to transitional-aged youth and individuals with disabilities. We extend our support through various means such as facilitated peer support, women's and men's groups, community meals, and pantry services. Our main goal is to foster a supportive community for those dealing with mental illness and disabilities, ensuring their growth and success. Presently, we aim to raise $15K to sustain our mission.
