The purpose of HBEA is to enhance the quality of life by providing the community with resources, amenities, and promote all other activities which are beneficial to the general welfare of the people of HBEA.

The mission of the HBEA is to protect the historic character and values of our homes by:

Offering programs that support safety and community beautification;
Hosting events that encourage a greater community bond among neighbors; and,
Promoting culture and civic engagement for residents that live within the District and beyond.
