Description
The IRONDOG 5K IS BACK!
Join us on Sunday, March 23rd for our 11th annual event. The IRONDOG Fund was created to support the medical and surgical care of animals hospitalized at the MSU Veterinary Medical Center. The IRONDOG 5K is our largest annual fundraiser.
Join us for a flat, fast, fun, and unique 5K course through the campus of MSU. Dogs are welcome with walkers, they must be leashed and we ask that you start at the back of the start line area.
Register by 3/15 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirts available as supplies last after that date.
Awards: Overall male and female and Overall Master (age 40+) male and female. Age group awards to top 3 in each age category.
Early Packet Pick Up will be held at Playmakers ( 2299 W Grand River Ave, Okemos, MI 48864) 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, March 22nd. Race day packet pickup will start at 7:30-8:50AM at the race site.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live during the race.
T-shirt
Register by March 15th to secure a t-shirt in your size.
We're working on our design for this year's event, image coming soon! The t-shirts will be a super soft cotton-poly blend with a little stretch to it! Available in adult and youth sizes. Past t-shirt image shown.
RUN FOR FREE!
If you would like to support our animals and get a free entry to the race donate $50. When you register for the race your entry will be free! Simply Sign Up and follow the steps to register and on the donation screen enter $50. ($25 discount applied during checkout. Valid until March 15th) Donate $25 and you'll receive a $10 discount off your 5k race entry fee.
