First, enjoy many festivities at the Kirtland’s Warbler Festival at the CRAF Center in Roscommon. Then enjoy a run along the scenic trails at North Higgins Lake State Park that provides a variety of tree, plant, bird and animal species. Proceeds promote efforts to protect the threatened and endangered Kirtland’s Warbler throughout Michigan. Race begins and ends at North Higgins Lake State Park, 11747 N. Higgins Lake Drive, Roscommon MI. Parking available within Park.
