Annually, the Bay City Morning Rotary Club has awarded scholarships to local students pursuing secondary education. The last several years, two scholarships have been allocated to students pursuing the trades. Those scholarships are now named the Bill Woolwine Jr Trades Scholarship. 

Proceeds from this event will secure funding for future scholarships in Bay County through the Bay City Morning Rotary Club
