The Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Department has developed a Scholarship program to assist families that are facing economic challenges, to allow their children to use the Manchester facilities and programs such as: Summer Camp, Swimming Lessons, and more. This scholarship is open to all area residents, with priority given to Manchester residents.
