Cup Cake 5k

The Rules:

*5K: Cupcake Stations will be positioned (roughly) at KM 1, KM 2, KM 3 and KM 4.

*1 mile: Cupcake Stations will be positioned at ? and ? of a mile.

*Cupcakes must be consumed within each Cupcake Consumption Corral. Failure to keep the cupcakes down will result in disqualification and nausea.

*Only 1 cupcake can be eaten per station. Please use wit and tactics. The 5K cupcakes are full sized and are worth a 3 minute time deduction. The 1 mi cupcakes are mini and are worth a 1 minute time deduction. A maximum of 12 minute deduction for the 5k and 2 minute for the mile.

Participation and Awards Categories:

* You can enter in one of the following categories:

         ~ Eater - Male Cupcake Eater, Female Cupcake Eater

*Edible Age Group Awards will be given to winners in both the Eater and Competer categories.

Age Groups: (Men and Women): 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+ for Cupcake Eater Only

         ~ Competitor - Men Who Runs Past Cupcakes, Women Who Runs Past Cupcakes   Overall male and Female award Only No age group

* The Overall GHS Cupcake 5K male and female winners will be awarded to the fastest finisher- real time or Cupcake adjusted time. (Overall Winners are not eligible for Age Group Awards).

This registration includes a category specific t-shirt

Pre-register by May 26th - 5K - $30 and 1 mile - $20 (Additional $5 fee after May 26th) proceeds benefit Glendale Cross Country Program. 

Packet Pick Up is behind Glendale High School Race Morning 7am til 7:45am 

*Hang onto your Cupcake Toppers to receive the time bonuses- we'll collect them at the finish.
