Ninos de Mexico 5k Run/1 Mile Run/Walk

Come join us for the 6th Annual Ninos de Mexico 5k Run/1 Mile Run/Walk. We are adding a kids 1 mile timed run this year. Come out and support the Ninos de Mexico Children! Their mission is To be a Christian mission focused on caring for orphans (James 1:27) and encouraging growth in the local church (Acts 2:47).

Since 1967, Niños de México has been giving LIFE to these children one child at time. Many of these children have grown up to become doctors, ministers, teachers, and more, helping to spread the good news of Jesus Christ in Mexico. Today, we are actively involved in sharing Jesus with the children and people of Mexico through our seven children’s homes, Christian school, medical outreach, and church plants.

The race will begin on the corner of N Christina and Park St. The routes are as follows: 

5k - Start going north on N Christina, make a left on Park St, left on Memorial Parkway, left on Park Dr, left on Clark Ave, left on W State St, right on N Washington Ave, left E Main St, left on Maple St, left on E State St, right on N Church St, left on Hambro Ave, left on N Washington Ave, right on W Park Ave, left on N Christina Ave and end.

1 Mile Run/Walk - Start on N Christina Ave, turn left onto W Park Ave, left on Memorial Parkway, left into the park parking lot, run across the bridge, make a right onto the sidewalk, make another right across the bridge, run up Delmar Ave to Main St, make a left on W Main St, left on N Christina and end at the starting point.
